TERMS These terms are used on the website and should be read in conjunction with our standard trading terms, (please ask for a copy where you are a first time customer), which are laid out on the reverse of our invoices and despatches. An order confirmation Email will be sent. A binding sales agreement is not created until we have issued a sales invoice. Up to that time orders may be cancelled by using our contact form. All prices shown on our website are for online credit and debit card purchases only. Please note that Stanley Productions will not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors. All products and prices displayed on this website are for guide purposes only. We are not responsible for any exceptions or omissions. All duplication orders are accepted on the basis that the customer owns the copyright totally or has the copyright owners written permission. If the purchase is on behalf of a business, or the goods are intended for professional or business use, we will not be held liable for any business loss, direct or consequential, that may be incurred by the purchase of any goods. Our liability (excluding liability for death or personal injury) shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods. All prices are shown in GBP (English Pound) and payment is expected in this currency and exclude VAT (where applicable).



DELIVERY Mainland UK deliveries are despatched with DPD or equivalent service. Although we will try and despatch all orders received before 3.00 pm on the same day (Monday to Friday), please allow 48 hours for normal despatch (remember delivery time is in addition to this) (NB. AN ORDER CAN TAKE UP TO AN HOUR TO COME THROUGH TO US AFTER YOU HAVE ENTERED IT). Delivery on a Saturday is only possible by prior verbal agreement and is subject to an additional charge. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. N.B IMPORTANT Any order received after 3.00pm may not be despatched until the following day.



Delivery charges to MAINLAND Britain (EXCLUDING THE HIGHLANDS) on orders Via our online ordering over £150 (excluding VAT) are FREE. For orders under £150 (excluding VAT) the MAINLAND (EXCLUDING THE HIGHLANDS) delivery charge is £7.50 3-5 Business days (excluding VAT) Delivery charges to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands and The Isle of Man will be emailed to you before despatch. There is an option for UK mainland (not Highlands) next day delivery at an additional charge £12.50 (excluding VAT). This option is only available for orders received by us before 2.30pm Monday to Thursday. Delivery charges for orders to be shipped to countries outside of mainland Britain will be emailed to you prior to the processing of your order.



You can arrange collection from our office with a nil delivery charge.

RETURNS If you have items to be returned for any reason or experience any problems with your order, please call us on +44 (0) 20 7439 0311 (Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm only). Generally we will accept returns and credit 100% of the cost of items that are faulty or broken (see LACIE below), or indeed where you have not received the items ordered, provided we are notified in writing within 5 days of despatch date. In the event that you ordered incorrectly, provided they are unused, unopened and returned to us carriage paid within 7 days, we will credit you 90% of the cost of the item (but excluding carriage). After 7 days but within 1 month we will credit you 75% of the value of the returned goods but excluding carriage. Any goods to be returned after 1 month are at the company's agreement and on the company's terms only.



LACIE HARD DRIVE RETURNS In the unlikely event that a LACIE hard drive fails it will have to be returned to LACIE via ourselves for them to evaluate whether to repair or replace the faulty unit. Any data on the drive will be wiped before return to you. We cannot guarantee that a drive will be replaced with a new unit even should it be faulty from new.



RARE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY Please note: Although this equipment is generally new, the products are not subject to a full manufacturer's warranty. Instead we offer them with a 3 months' parts and labour warranty provided the faulty goods are returned to us. We will not reimburse for any repairs carried out by a third party.
